Ingredients

  • 1. ½ cup sugar powdered


  • 2. ½ cup ghee


  • 3. 1 tsp baking powder


  • 4. 1 cup shinghara flour


  • 5. 8-10 pcs chopped almonds


  • 6. 20 - 25 whole black pepper


  • 7. ¼ cup milk

Directions

  • In a bowl add sugar powdered and ghee beat well.
  • Now add baking powder, shinghara flour, milk and mix well.
  • Knead a dough.
  • Roll it and cut the round shapes.
  • Our round cookies are ready.
  • Now make a small balls for eyes.
  • Arrange small balls.
  • Now arrange whole black pepper on each eye.
  • Now arrange chopped almond for nose.
  • Now make feet with chopped almonds.
  • Make wings with the help of knife.
  • Now our cookies are ready for baking.
  • Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes on 180°c.
  • Now our shinghara flour biscuits are ready to serve.
