Ingredients

  • 1. ½ cup sugar powdered

  • 2. ½ cup ghee

  • 3. 1 tsp baking powder

  • 4. 1 cup shinghara flour

  • 5. 8-10 pcs chopped almonds

  • 6. 20 - 25 whole black pepper

  • 7. ¼ cup milk

Directions

    In a bowl add sugar powdered and ghee beat well.

    Now add baking powder, shinghara flour, milk and mix well.

    Knead a dough.

    Roll it and cut the round shapes.

    Our round cookies are ready.

    Now make a small balls for eyes.

    Arrange small balls.

    Now arrange whole black pepper on each eye.

    Now arrange chopped almond for nose.

    Now make feet with chopped almonds.

    Make wings with the help of knife.

    Now our cookies are ready for baking.

    Bake in preheated oven for 10 minutes on 180°c.
