Dissolve the coriander powder,garam masala ,turmeric with little water.
Put kadhai on flame add oil add chop onion n chilli saute 3-4min.
Add ginger garlic paste saute 2min. now add dissolve spice mix n cook 5-7min until spice left the oil.
Now add chop tomato n salt cook it about 4-5min.
Now add water for gravy cook thr gravy properly ladtly add unsalted boondi switch off the flame add coriander leaf serve immediately otherwise boondi absord the gravy so serve immediately.
