Ingredients

  • Unsalted boondi 1/2 cup


  • Onion 1 large fine chop


  • Tomato 1 fine chop


  • Ginger garlic paste 1/2sp.


  • Coriander powder 1 tsp


  • Garam masala 1/2tsp


  • Turmeric 1/4sp.


  • Grern chilli 2 fine chop


  • Green coriander leaf 2 sp.


  • Oil 2 tbsp

Directions

  • Dissolve the coriander powder,garam masala ,turmeric with little water.
  • Put kadhai on flame add oil add chop onion n chilli saute 3-4min.
  • Add ginger garlic paste saute 2min. now add dissolve spice mix n cook 5-7min until spice left the oil.
  • Now add chop tomato n salt cook it about 4-5min.
  • Now add water for gravy cook thr gravy properly ladtly add unsalted boondi switch off the flame add coriander leaf serve immediately otherwise boondi absord the gravy so serve immediately.
