Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup wheat flour


  • 2 tsp gram flour


  • 1 tsp carrom seeds


  • 1 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4 tsp ghee

Directions

  • Take all ingredients and Knead dough slightly stiff by adding some water.
  • Heat ghee and add it into the dough and knead well.
  • Roll thick roti and cook it on tawa on both sides.
  • Apply ghee and serve hot with mint chutney.
