1 cup wheat flour
2 tsp gram flour
1 tsp carrom seeds
1 tsp red chilly powder
1 tsp salt
4 tsp ghee
Directions
Take all ingredients and Knead dough slightly stiff by adding some water.
Heat ghee and add it into the dough and knead well.
Roll thick roti and cook it on tawa on both sides.
Apply ghee and serve hot with mint chutney.
