200 gm mozeralla chesse
2 cup bread crumbs
1 cup corn flour
1/2 cup water
1 tsp salt to taste
1 tsp red chilli powder
2 cup Oil for frying
Cut mozeralla cheese in cubes.
Make a thick paste of corn flour and water.
Add salt and chilli in bread crumbs.
Now coat cheese in corn flour paste first then coat bread crumb repeat same process 1 more time.
Now deep fry it in medium hot oil till golden and crisp.
Serve with mayonnaise or any dip of your choice.
