Heat a tawa until hot.
Grease it with oil and place a roti on it .
Remove roti and apply some oil on tawa.
Break egg in a bowl and add seasoning and onion, coriander.
Spread this mixture on the tawa and place roti on it before it cooks completely.
Drizzle dome oil at the sides and flip the paratha to cook another side.
Serve hot with ketchup.
