Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 2 egg


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 2 tsp coriander chopped


  • 2 roti


  • 1/2 turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt to taste


  • 4 tsp oil

Directions

  • Heat a tawa until hot.
  • Grease it with oil and place a roti on it .
  • Remove roti and apply some oil on tawa.
  • Break egg in a bowl and add seasoning and onion, coriander.
  • Spread this mixture on the tawa and place roti on it before it cooks completely.
  • Drizzle dome oil at the sides and flip the paratha to cook another side.
  • Serve hot with ketchup.
