plain salted chips 10-12 pieces.
Cucumber, beetroot and deseeded tomato finely chopped 1 tablespoon each
Kiwi finely chopped 1 teaspoon
Grated mozeralla cheese 1 tablespoon
Mint chutney 2 tablespoon
Chat masala 1 teaspoon
Boiled corns 1/2 tablespoon
Mix all ingredients except cheese, chips and chutney.
Now spread 1/2 teaspoon of this salsa mixture evenly on chips.
Now garnish with mozerella cheese and mint chutney on each piece of chips.
Atlast sprinkle chat masala and serve immediately.
Yummy and quick chips salsa bites are ready to enjoy .
My Tip: More ingredients can be added in salsa according to personal choice.
