  • Oats 2 tablespoons

  • Honey 2 teaspoons

  • Green Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon

  • Small Apple cubes with skin 2 tablespoons

  • Banana in pieces 1/2 cup

  • Soaked and peeled Almonds 10

  • Walnuts 1/2 tablespoon

  • Cashewnuts 8- 10

  • Milk 1 cup

  • Yogurt 1/2 cup


  • Add all ingredients in mixer jar with 1/2 cup milk.
  • Give it a pulse till everything mix up finely and becomes like a paste.
  • At last add rest of the milk and blend again till it smoothens .
  • Now pour ready mixture in serving glasses and garnish with dry fruits .
  • Healthy , yummy and power packed breakfast is ready in few minutes to relish .
  • Its very healthy, quick and power packed option. Within a few minutes high fiber breakfast will be ready. Moreover it contains all those nutrients what our body needs in the morning . So do try it and enjoy flavourful breakfast .
  • My Tip: Any other fruits can also be added . Ingredients can be increased or decreased according to personal choice.
