Oats 2 tablespoons
Honey 2 teaspoons
Green Cardamom powder 1/2 teaspoon
Small Apple cubes with skin 2 tablespoons
Banana in pieces 1/2 cup
Soaked and peeled Almonds 10
Walnuts 1/2 tablespoon
Cashewnuts 8- 10
Milk 1 cup
Yogurt 1/2 cup
Add all ingredients in mixer jar with 1/2 cup milk.
Give it a pulse till everything mix up finely and becomes like a paste.
At last add rest of the milk and blend again till it smoothens .
Now pour ready mixture in serving glasses and garnish with dry fruits .
