Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cup dosa batter


  • 2 eggs


  • 1/2 salt to taste


  • 2 tsp butter


  • 1 tsp coriander


  • 1/2 cup any thick curry ( optional)


  • 1 tsp mayo

Directions

  • Heat tawa until hot and grease with butter.
  • Pour 1 laddle of dosa batter and spread it towards the edges in circular motion.
  • Let it cook for a minute.
  • Add butter and apply all over it .
  • Add curry and spread it. ( optional)
  • Break one egg and spread it all over .
  • Sprinkle salt and coriander leaves.
  • Cook on other side too ,apply mayo and roll it.
  • Serve hot with chutney.
