Egg Dosa Roll

1 cup dosa batter
1/2 salt to taste
2 tsp butter
1 tsp coriander
1/2 cup any thick curry ( optional)
1 tsp mayo
Heat tawa until hot and grease with butter.
Pour 1 laddle of dosa batter and spread it towards the edges in circular motion.
Let it cook for a minute.
Add butter and apply all over it .
Add curry and spread it. ( optional)
Break one egg and spread it all over .
Sprinkle salt and coriander leaves.
Cook on other side too ,apply mayo and roll it.
Serve hot with chutney.
