Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 sweet corn


  • 1 onion chopped


  • 1 green chilly


  • 1 tsp coriander chopped


  • 1 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 4 garlic cloves


  • 4 tsp oil

Directions

  • Remove corn kernels.
  • Take corns, garlic, chilly, salt in grinder and grind coarsely.
  • Add onions,coriander, turmeric in mixture in mix well.
  • Heat tawa and add some oil on it.
  • Make thalipeeth on the tawa using wet hand and pour some oil at the sides.
  • Cook on medium flame and flip over to cook another side.
  • When it turns golden serve hot.
