Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 1/2 cups semolina


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 2 tbsp kasoori methi


  • 2 cups oil

Directions

  • In a bowl add semolina, salt, kasoori Methi and 3 tbsp oil mix well.
  • Add water and knead a dough.
  • Make a small lemon size ball from dough.
  • Roll it on fork back side.
  • Heat the oil and deep fry until golden and crispy.
