  • Button Mashrooms 400 g Chopped coriander 3 tsp Chopped green chilly 5-6 Ginger-garlic paste 2 tsp Besan or corn flour 2 tsp Pisa dhaniya 1.5 tsp Garam masala 1tsp Jeera 1/2 tsp Lal mirch 1 tsp (optional) Salt to taste Mustered oil 2 tsp fry the kebabs

    Wash Mushrooms and cut into small pieces

    Add to the salt, green chilly,  garam masala, pisa dhaniya, ginger-garlic paste, chopped coriander, besan or corn flour

    Mix all togethar  Use some water if need

  • 04

    Once done, heat 2 tsp mustard oil on a deep tawa.

    Make flattened rounds of the mixture. You can use little water so that the mixture  does not stick to your hands.

    If mixture are loose then take some amount of mixture and keep in oil on tawa directly and press softly. Fry the kebabs both sides on medium to high heat

    Serve hot with green chatani and salad.
