Wash the babycorn with water and cut into lengthwise.
In a mixing bowl put gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder .
Add water slowly and make batter without any lumps
Heat oil in a wok, dip babycorn into batter coat properly from all sides.
Fry them on midium flame till golden and crisp.
Take out and serve hot with sause or chutney.
