Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 5-6 nos babycorn


  • 1 cups gramflour


  • 1/2 tsp salt or as per taste


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/4 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 pinch baking soda


  • 5-6 nos oil

Directions

  • Wash the babycorn with water and cut into lengthwise.
  • In a mixing bowl put gramflour, baking soda, salt, turmeric, red chilli powder and coriander powder .
  • Add water slowly and make batter without any lumps
  • Heat oil in a wok, dip babycorn into batter coat properly from all sides.
  • Fry them on midium flame till golden and crisp.
  • Take out and serve hot with sause or chutney.
