Firstly wash rice n tuvar dal now add rice n dal in cooker add salt, turmeric, chop potato n tomato (if u want add some more veggie)and 2 glass water now cover with lid and pressure cook the khichdi about 2 whistle.
Now time temper take a pan on flame add oil add cumin crackle it now add galic n chill saute 2-3min add chop onion fry until onion turn golden add coriander leaf add khichdi mix well switch off the flame.
Serve hot khichdi garnish with some tadka, coriander leaf and add 2 sp ghee on it.
