  • 1 tea spoon of vanilla extract

  • 3 table spoons of oil

  • 3 table spoons of water

  • 3 table spoons of flour

  • 2 table spoons of baking power

  • 4 eggs

  • 2 cups of sugar

  • 3 drops of food colouring/optional


  • separate the egg white from the yoke
  • mix the egg white and a cup of sugar until it turns thick
  • sift the flour baking powder then add yoke and mix
  • add the sugar water and oil and mix
  • add half of the egg white and sugar into the batter mix
  • leave the rest of the egg white and sugar in the fridge
  • then baking the batter in a tray
  • let the cake cool down then ice it with the egg white and sugar
  • enjoy
