Ingredients

1/2 cup wheat flour
1 tsp gram flour
1/2 cup grated beetroot or 1 tsp beetroot pure
1 tsp salt
1 tsp sesame seeds
1/2 tsp turmeric powder
2 tsp oil for cooking
Directions
Mix in all ingredients and add some water to make a thick consistency batter.
The batter should be of a consistency where you can easily spread the mixture on tawa.
Heat a non stick tawa and spread the mixture in a circle like uttapam .
