Ingredients

Serves : 1
  • 1/2 cup wheat flour


  • 1 tsp gram flour


  • 1/2 cup grated beetroot or 1 tsp beetroot pure


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tsp sesame seeds


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tsp oil for cooking

Directions

  • Mix in all ingredients and add some water to make a thick consistency batter.
  • The batter should be of a consistency where you can easily spread the mixture on tawa.
  • Heat a non stick tawa and spread the mixture in a circle like uttapam .
