Chana Sattu - 2 cup
Ghee - 1/2 cup (without melted)
Jeggery - 3/4 cup heaved grated / to taste
Fennel seeds - 1 tsp
Dry fruits - 1/4 cup (cashew, almond, pistachio)
Kishmish - 2 tbsp (optional)
Green cardamom powder - 1/8 tsp / 2 pinch
Put sattu, ghee, jeggery, green cardamom powder in grinder jar. Close the lid and grind it all together for a minute medium to high speed.
Soon all ingredients will combine together. Take little portion in hand and try to make a laddoo ; if it's not binding easily than add little more jeggery (1-2 tbsp) and sprinkle very little water. Blend for 30 seconds again on high speed.
Take out mixture in a bowl. Now add all dry fruits and fennel seeds. Mix very well.
Rub few drops of ghee on palms.Take appox 2 tbsp mixture in hand and bind properly as lemon size laddoo. Repeat same process for rest of mixture.
