  • 1 cups white sesame seeds

  • 1 cups peanut

  • 1 cups jeggary powder

  • 2 tsp cardamom powder

  • 1 tbsp clarified butter


  • First in a pan ,add sesame seeds. Roast them for about 5-7 minutes or until nice aroma comes out . keep it aside
  • Now in a same pan , add peanuts . Roast them for about 5-7 minutes. Let it cool down.
  • Now In a grinder ,add roasted sesame seeds and peanuts . Grind it well and make fine powder .
  • Now in a big bowl add roasted seasme peanut powder . Now add jeggery powder,cardamom powder and clarified butter . Mix all ingredients well . Balls mix is ready .
  • Now in a palm apply some clarified butter ,now take small portion of mix .make lemon size ball with it
  • Repeat this process with remaining mix . Sesame balls are ready . You can store these balls airtight container .
