Akhrot Ke Kebab

1/4 cup boiled and churned walnuts
1/2 tbsp cashew powder
1 cup boiled mashed potatoes
1/4 cup finely chopped beans
1/2 tbsp almond powder
1/2 tsp red chilli powder
1/2 tbsp walnut powder
1/2 cup mashed banana
1 tbsp khoya
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garlic paste
1 tsp ginger paste
1 tsp finely chopped green chili
1 tbsp shredded cottage cheese(paneer)
1 pinch black pepper powder
1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)
1-2 pinch salt according to taste
1/4 cup oil for frying
-First, mix all the ingredients in a large vessel thoroughly.
-Put the prepared mixture in between the two palms and make their kebabs and keep them in a plate. Put oil on palms and make them smooth.
-Now keep the heat in the pan on hot flame to heat the oil.
-Once the oil is hot, put the kebab in the pan and fry until it turns golden from both sides.
-Akhrot Ke Kebab is ready. Serve with green coriander chutney.
