Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1/4 cup boiled and churned walnuts


  • 1/2 tbsp cashew powder


  • 1 cup boiled mashed potatoes


  • 1/4 cup finely chopped beans


  • 1/2 tbsp almond powder


  • 1/2 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1/2 tbsp walnut powder


  • 1/2 cup mashed banana


  • 1 tbsp khoya


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp ginger paste


  • 1 tsp finely chopped green chili


  • 1 tbsp shredded cottage cheese(paneer)


  • 1 pinch black pepper powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder (haldi)


  • 1-2 pinch salt according to taste


  • 1/4 cup oil for frying

Directions

  • -First, mix all the ingredients in a large vessel thoroughly.  
  • -Put the prepared mixture in between the two palms and make their kebabs and keep them in a plate. Put oil on palms and make them smooth. 
  • -Now keep the heat in the pan on hot flame to heat the oil. 
  • -Once the oil is hot, put the kebab in the pan and fry until it turns golden from both sides.
  • -Akhrot Ke Kebab is ready. Serve with green coriander chutney.
