Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups rice flour


  • 2-3 tsp suji / rawa


  • 1 nos small tomato chopped


  • 1 nos small onion chopped


  • 1-2 tsp salt


  • 1 nos small capsicum chopped


  • 4-5 tsp oil

Directions

  • Mix in rice flour, suji, salt and some water to make a dosa consistency batter.
  • Heat non stick pan and grease it with oil.
  • Pour one laddle of batter and sprinkle the veggies one by one.
  • Pour some oil on the sides and flip it over to cook other side.
  • Serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup.
