1 cups rice flour
2-3 tsp suji / rawa
1 nos small tomato chopped
1 nos small onion chopped
1-2 tsp salt
1 nos small capsicum chopped
4-5 tsp oil
Directions
Mix in rice flour, suji, salt and some water to make a dosa consistency batter.
Heat non stick pan and grease it with oil.
Pour one laddle of batter and sprinkle the veggies one by one.
Pour some oil on the sides and flip it over to cook other side.
Serve hot with coconut chutney or ketchup.
