  • Potato slices 1 cup

  • Besan 1 cup

  • Semolina 1/2 cup

  • Chilli powder 1/2 tsp

  • Haldi 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 5 tbsp

  • Salt 1 tsp


  • Combine all the ingredients in a deep bowl and add water mix well using a whisk till smooth.
  • Heat the oil in a deep non stick kadhai dip a few potato slices in the prepared batter and drop it in hot oil.deep fry on a medium flame till they turn golden brown in colour from all the sides.aloo pakoda is ready.
