Grate the carrot & finely chop cabbage & spring onion
Take bread pieces in a blending jar & blend it well
Now in a big bowl take all vegetables, ginger garlic paste, vinegar & tomato chilli sauce.p
Add cornflour, salt & little bit water to make a tight dough.
For colour add 3 to 4 tspn beetroot juice & make small balls from dough.
Heat enough oil in a deep kadhai & deep fry the manchurian balls.
For gravy, heat 1 tspn oil in a pan, add 2tspn white spring onion, 2tspn onion & 3tspn chopped garlic.
Add 3tspn each chopped cabbage & grated carrot .Add salt & pepper powder.
Add soya sauce, pepper powder & tomato chilli sauce.
Mix 2tspn corn flour in hot water & add it to gravy.
Cook it for 3 to 5 Mins & then add 2tspn beetroot juice & Manchurian balls.Toss it & mix it well.
Serve it hot with hakka noodles.
