Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 3 nos brown bread slices


  • 1 bowls finely chopped cabbage


  • 1 nos carrot


  • 1 bowls chopped spring onion


  • 1 nos onion


  • 1 tsp vinegar


  • 3 tsp tomato chilli sauce


  • 2 tsp soya sauce


  • 5 tsp corn flour


  • 2 tsp pepper powder


  • 1 tsp ginger garlic paste


  • 3 tsp chopped garlic


  • 5 tsp beetroot juice for colour

Directions

  • Grate the carrot & finely chop cabbage & spring onion
  • Take bread pieces in a blending jar & blend it well
  • Now in a big bowl take all vegetables, ginger garlic paste, vinegar & tomato chilli sauce.p
  • Add cornflour, salt & little bit water to make a tight dough.
  • For colour add 3 to 4 tspn beetroot juice & make small balls from dough.
  • Heat enough oil in a deep kadhai & deep fry the manchurian balls.
  • For gravy, heat 1 tspn oil in a pan, add 2tspn white spring onion, 2tspn onion & 3tspn chopped garlic.
  • Add 3tspn each chopped cabbage & grated carrot .Add salt & pepper powder.
  • Add soya sauce, pepper powder & tomato chilli sauce.
  • Mix 2tspn corn flour in hot water & add it to gravy.
  • Cook it for 3 to 5 Mins & then add 2tspn beetroot juice & Manchurian balls.Toss it & mix it well.
  • Serve it hot with hakka noodles.
