  • 2 cups maida/all purpose flour

  • 200 ml oil for frying


  • Take maida in bowl knead the soft dough with help of water.
  • Now make small size balls n roll out all poories
  • Put the kadhai on flame add oil .
  • Now deep fry all the poories.
  • Serve with any curry or choler dal.
