  • Soaked sabudana 1 1/2cup

  • Potato 1 cut in small cube

  • Green peas 2-3tbsp.

  • Tomato 2 chopped

  • Green chilli 2-3chop

  • Lemon juice 1 sp.

  • Salt 1/2tsp(to taste)

  • Peanut oil 3-4tbsp.

  • Cumin seed 1/2sp

  • Coriander leaf chopped 2-3tbsp

  • Black pepper powder 1/4tsp.

  • Roasted peanut 3tbsp.


  • Put the non stick pan on flame add oil now add cumin n green chilli .
  • Now add chop potato sprinkle some salt and fry the potato now add green peas cook few min.
  • Now add soaked sabudana n add lemon juice add salt and cover with lid cook about 5-7min.
  • Lastly add chop tomato in center n cover it cook 5-7min more lastly add peanut,coriander leaf n black pepper mix well.
  • Serve hot sabudana pulav.
