Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 2 cup gram flour


  • 1/2 teaspoon salt


  • 3 tea spoon sugar


  • 2 green chilli cut into longitudinal


  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds


  • 1/2 cup curd


  • 1/2 teaspoon eno


  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder


  • 1 teaspoon oil


  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice


  • 10 gram green coriander

Directions

  • Take besan, Add salt, turmeric powder and curd
  • Make batter using water
  • Add eno and immediately transfer it to silicon muffin mould.
  • Now cook in microwave at microwave mode for 2 minutes.
  • Cool and demould khaman from moulds
  • Now take oil in pan. Heat it.
  • Add mustard seeds, when it stop cracking add chopped green chillies.
  • Now add 2 cup water.
  • Add 1 tea spoon lemon juice, 3 tea spoon sugar
  • Boil till sugar melts.
  • Now pour this water to muffin khaman.
  • Keep aside for 10 minutes so that it absorbs water.
  • Muffin khaman is ready, serve by garnishing with green coriander.
