Ingredients

Serves 4

  • 2 cup gram flour

  • 1/2 teaspoon salt

  • 3 tea spoon sugar

  • 2 green chilli cut into longitudinal

  • 1/2 teaspoon mustard seeds

  • 1/2 cup curd

  • 1/2 teaspoon eno

  • 1/4 teaspoon turmeric powder

  • 1 teaspoon oil

  • 1 teaspoon lemon juice

  • 10 gram green coriander

Directions

    Take besan, Add salt, turmeric powder and curd

  • 02

    Make batter using water

  • 03

    Add eno and immediately transfer it to silicon muffin mould.

    Now cook in microwave at microwave mode for 2 minutes.

    Cool and demould khaman from moulds

  • 06

    Now take oil in pan. Heat it.

    Add mustard seeds, when it stop cracking add chopped green chillies.

    Now add 2 cup water.

    Add 1 tea spoon lemon juice, 3 tea spoon sugar

    Boil till sugar melts.

    Now pour this water to muffin khaman.

  • 12

    Keep aside for 10 minutes so that it absorbs water.

    Muffin khaman is ready, serve by garnishing with green coriander.
