Cut the lower portion of the flower & wash it well
Make a batter of gram flour, semolina,salt,turmeric powder,red chilli powder,cumin powder & water.
Mix baking soda & make a thick batter.
Now heat enough oil in a dip kadhai ,dip the flowers in batter & deep fry it
Serve it hot with daal rice
