  • Fate free Soya Granules 1.5 cup Peas 1cup Chopped Onion 2 medium Chopped tomato 1.5 Green chilly 4 Ginger 1 piece small Garlic 3-4 clove Chopped coriander 1tap Kasoori methi 1/4 tsp Haldi 1/4 tsp Pisa dhaniya 1/2 tsp Garam masala 1/4 tsp Oil 2 tsp Salt to taste


  • Give 1 boil to Fate free Soya Granules in 3 cup of water with 1/2tsp salt or you can use microwave to boil it for 5 minutes...stir Keep a side Heat oil in a pressure cooker Add onions and fry till light golden brown In between grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies Once onion light golden brown add tomato mixture keep flame medium Add chopped coriander. whole masale and some water and fry till oil remove Take soaked soya granules Shift in a strainer and wash it in cold and running water and squeeze it nicely. Add in tadka stir on medium flame Add peas and stir well Do't add water Close lid and wait for 2 whistles Turn off flame and open after release all steam Stir..if there are some water then cook for a while on high flame and stir in between Serve with chapati
