Glass Water 2-3 nos
Place eggs in a single layer in a large pan; add enough cold water to cover by 1 inch. Cover and quickly bring it to a boil. Remove from the heat. Let stand for 15 minutes .
Rinse eggs in cold water and place in ice water until completely cooled. Drain and remove the shells.
Sprinkle some salt and pepper and garnish with carrots to serve.
