For dough - Whole wheat flour - 1 1/2 cup
Ghee - 3 tbsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Broccoli - 1 medium grated along with stem
Processed Cheese cubes - 4-6
Coriander leaves - 2 tbsp
Italian seasoning - 1 tsp
Black pepper - 1/4 tsp / to taste
Butter / ghee/ Olive oil - 6 tbsp
Put whole wheat flour, salt, ghee in a large bowl and rub for 2 minutes.
Add little - little water and make semi soft dough. Cover with damp cloth and keep aside for 10 minutes.
Boil water in a deep sauce pan. Put Broccoli in hot water and leave it for 1 min.
Now sieve broccoli in a strainer. Cool down under fan.
Now squeeze excessive water from broccoli with the help of hands. Keep it in a large bowl.
Add Italian seasoning, grated cheese, black pepper powder, coriander leaves and stir very well.
Knead dough again for 2 minutes. Divide dough in equal size.
Make two thin round chapati. Now take one chapati ; put 3 tbsp of stuffing on one chapati and spread evenly. Now wet edge of chapati with water with help of finger or brush.
Put another piece of chapati above stuffing and press gently middle to sides. Press both edges of stuffed paratha so that will not open in middle of cooking. Repeat same for rest of all paratha.
While making paratha heat a heavy bottom pan / griddle on medium flame. Spread a paratha on pan.
Put little oil / ghee / butter both sides as per your preference and cook until pink to light brown colour. Take out and keep in a plate. Repeat the process till all paratha is done.
Cut into 4 pieces. Serve hot paratha with tomato chutney, curd and pickle as per your preference.
