Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 cups soaked soyabeen


  • 2 nos boiled potato


  • 1 nos onion


  • 2-3 nos green chilli


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1/2 tsp crushed coriander seeds


  • 200 gms oil for frying


  • 2 tbsp besan


  • 3-4 tbsp coriander leaf chop

Directions

  • Firstly grind the soaked soyabean n put paste in mixing bowl.
  • Now add boiled n roughly mashed potato chop onion , chilli n coriander leaf.
  • Add salt n coriander seed .
  • Add 2 tbsp besan mix well the mixture .
  • Now put the kadhai on flame add oil and make small size mangode n fry crispy.
  • Serve with chutney.
