Peel the carrot wash n grate it.
Put the kadhai on flame add ghee and hot it.
Add grated carrot n saute on high flame 3-4 min.
Now add sugar n cover with lid about 5 min.
Now melt the sugar add fresh malai cook the halwa untill absorb the moisture of halwa.
When halwa get start to thick add cardamom powder and fry nuts .
When halwa get thick switch off the flame serve immediately garnish with fried almond n cashewnut.
