Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1/4 cups sabudana


  • 3-4 tbsp sugar


  • 2 tbsp walnuts


  • 2-3 nos rose petals


  • 1/4 cups fresh milk


  • 2 nos cardomom


  • 5-6 nos basil leaves

Directions

  • for sabudana kheer:
  • first, wash the basil leaves, rose petals and keep aside
  • soak sabudana for about an hour
  • In a large saucepan add in fresh thick milk, sabudana and turns on the heat
  • add in sugar and mix well
  • now add in fresh ghee and combine well, and stir until a boil
  • add in ghee and combine well
  • add in saffron and mix.
