Ingredients

Serves 3

  • 1/4 cup of sabudana

  • 3 to 4 tbsp./ of sugar

  • 2 tbsp. of walnuts

  • 2 to3 rose petals

  • 1/4 cup of fresh milk

  • 2 no's of cardomom

  • 5 to6 no's of basil leaves

    for sabudana kheer:

    first, wash the basil leaves, rose petals and keep aside

  • 03

    soak sabudana for about an hour

  • 04

    In a large saucepan add in fresh thick milk, sabudana and turns on the heat

  • 05

    add in sugar and mix well

  • 06

    now add in fresh ghee and combine well, and stir until a boil

  • 07

    add in ghee and combine well

  • 08

    add in saffron and mix.
