Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 250 gms yam


  • 2 tsp lemon juice


  • 1/2 tsp redchili powder


  • 1 pinch haldi


  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • 2 tbsp oil for shallow fry


  • 1 tsp chat masala

Directions

  • Peel wash and cut yam like fingers
  • Add masala in lemon juice.marinate yam fingers in itfor 1hour
  • Heat oil in a pan and shllow fry from all sides
  • Serve sprinkling chat masala on top
