Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1 nos bowl leftover rice


  • 2 cups poha / flattened rice


  • 1/2 cups peas


  • 1 nos green chilly


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 4 nos curry leaves


  • 1 tsp mustard seeds


  • 1/2 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 nos onion chopped


  • 8 nos peanuts

Directions

  • Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
  • Add green chilly, peanuts, onions, curry leaves and peas.
  • Add salt and haldi powder.
  • Add rice and mix it gently.
  • wash poha under water amd drain it.
  • Add poha and mix it gently. Cover for a minute.
