1 nos bowl leftover rice
2 cups poha / flattened rice
1/2 cups peas
1 nos green chilly
1 tbsp oil
4 nos curry leaves
1 tsp mustard seeds
1/2 tsp haldi
1 tsp salt
1 nos onion chopped
8 nos peanuts
Directions
Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds.
Add green chilly, peanuts, onions, curry leaves and peas.
Add salt and haldi powder.
Add rice and mix it gently.
wash poha under water amd drain it.
Add poha and mix it gently. Cover for a minute.
