  • 2 packs of maggie

  • 2 medium size chopped onions

  • 1 medium size chopped tomato

  • 2 tablespoons spring onion

  • 2 tablespoon schezwan chutney


  • Boil 3 cups of water in a pan and add maggie masala and maggie and cook on high flame till water gets absorbed.
  • Heat ghee in a pan and add chopped onion and saute 2 to 3 minutes.
  • Now add chopped tomatoes and saute.
  • Then add spring onion and saute for one minute. Add schezwan chutney and mix well.
