Ingredients

  • 3 nos bread


  • 1/2 bowls suji


  • 1/4 bowls curd


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped onion


  • 1/4 tsp finely chopped green chilly


  • 1 tbsp finely chopped coriander leaves


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped capsicum


  • 2 tbsp finely chopped tomato


  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 4 tbsp oil for frying

Directions

  • Take A Bowl Add Semolina / Suji,Curd,Onion,Green Chilly,Coriander Leaves,Shimla Mirch,Tomato,Salt,Red Chilly Powder And Mix Well.
  • Make A Thick Mixture.
  • Cut The Bread In A Four Square Pieces. Spread This Mixture On The Top Of The Bread.
  • Heat Oil In A Pan. Add Bread Pieces And Deep Fry Until Golden In Colors.
  • Always Cook In Medium Flame. Semolina Crispy Is Ready To Eat. Serve With Tea.
