    First Mash And Dry Leftover Ghiya/Bottle Gourd Let It Cool Add Poha, Jeera, A Pinch Salt, Small Amount Of Ginger And Garlic Mix Well And Make Small Boll Shape Heat 1cup Oil In Pan Fry Ghiya Bolls Or Kofta Till Golden Brown.

    If Required You Can Add 1 Tsp Besan Meanwhile Sauté Chopped Onion, Tomato, Green Chilly, Ginger And Garlic In A Pan With Few Drop Of Oil Grind It With Cold Or Running Water With 3-4 Cashews

    Heat Oil In A Pan And Grind Mixture, Whole Masala And Fry Till Oil Remove

    Add 1cup Water And Boil It For A Minute Add Fry Kofta And Boil In Grave For 2 Minutes On Low Flame Sarve Hot
