  • 1 cups leftover ghiya/bottle gourd

  • 1/4 cups poha

  • 1 tsp besan (if required)

  • 1/8 tsp jeera

  • 1 tsp chopped green chilly

  • 1 nos chopped onion

  • 1 nos chopped tomato

  • 1 nos chopped garlic

  • 1 tsp chopped ginger

  • 1 tsp oil

  • 1 cups for deep frying

  • 1 pinch salt to taste


  • First Mash And Dry Leftover Ghiya/Bottle Gourd Let It Cool Add Poha, Jeera, A Pinch Salt, Small Amount Of Ginger And Garlic Mix Well And Make Small Boll Shape Heat 1cup Oil In Pan Fry Ghiya Bolls Or Kofta Till Golden Brown.
  • If Required You Can Add 1 Tsp Besan Meanwhile Sauté Chopped Onion, Tomato, Green Chilly, Ginger And Garlic In A Pan With Few Drop Of Oil Grind It With Cold Or Running Water With 3-4 Cashews
  • Heat Oil In A Pan And Grind Mixture, Whole Masala And Fry Till Oil Remove
  • Add 1cup Water And Boil It For A Minute Add Fry Kofta And Boil In Grave For 2 Minutes On Low Flame Sarve Hot
