Ingredients

Serves 5

  • Multigrain wheat 2 cups

  • Fresh Orange & apple juice 1 cups

  • Banana 1 nos

  • Baking powder 1 tsp

  • Fennel seeds 1 tsp

  • Vanilla essence 3 drop

  • Salt 1/4 tsp

  • Milk 2 cups

  • Butter for frying 3 nos

  • Chopped cashew nuts 3 tsp

Directions

    In a large bowl mix wheat, juice, mashed banana, baking powder, fennel seeds & all the ingredients.Make a batter not so thin ,not so thick

    Heat butter or oil in a flat pan & pour one big spoon batter in it.

    Fry one side in medium flame.When one side is cooked well flip it & fry other side also.

    Serve it with chocolate sauce & chopped fresh fruits
