Ingredients

Serves : 5
  • 2 cups multigrain wheat


  • 1 cups fresh orange & apple juice


  • 1 nos banana


  • 1 tsp baking powder


  • 1 tsp fennel seeds


  • 3 drop vanilla essence


  • 1/4 tsp salt


  • 2 cups milk


  • 3 nos butter for frying


  • 3 tsp chopped cashew nuts

Directions

  • In a large bowl mix wheat, juice, mashed banana, baking powder, fennel seeds & all the ingredients.Make a batter not so thin ,not so thick
  • Heat butter or oil in a flat pan & pour one big spoon batter in it.
  • Fry one side in medium flame.When one side is cooked well flip it & fry other side also.
  • Serve it with chocolate sauce & chopped fresh fruits
