Ingredients

Serves : 3
  • 1 cups fresh hare chane


  • 1 cups besan


  • 3-4 nos cloves of garlic


  • 1 nos small chunk of ginger


  • 1 nos small onion


  • 3 nos green chillies


  • 1/2 litre oil for frying


  • 1/2 tbsp salt

Directions

  • Wash the hare chane. Peel off the garlic cloves.
  • Coarse gring green hare chane, garlic and 2 green chillies.
  • Finely chop the onion and one green chilli.
  • Mix besan and hare chane mixture along with onion ang chilli.
  • Add salt to taste.
  • Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the pakodas.
  • Serve with tomato ketchup or green chutney.
