Ingredients

Serves : 10
  • 4 nos chappatis finely grinded


  • 1/4 cups broken whole wheat (dalia) soaked foe 5 mins


  • 1 nos carrot grated


  • 2 nos boiled and mashed potato


  • 1/4 nos beetroot grated


  • 1/2 nos capsicum finely chopped


  • 3-4 nos green chilly finely chopped


  • 1 tbsp chopped spinach (palak)


  • 1 tbsp chopped green coriander


  • 2 tbsp grated cheese


  • 1/2 tsp ginger chilly paste


  • 1/4 tsp red chilly powder


  • 1/2 tsp dry ginger powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 2 tbsp cornflour dissolve in half cup water to make slurry

Directions

  • Mix all the ingredients and make lemon size balls with this
  • Coat it with coenflour slurry and deep fry it
  • Serve it with sauce or mint coriander chutney
