Ingredients

10 nos leftover bread slices
2 nos chop onion
1 cups tomato puree
1 nos chop green chilli
1/2 cups grated fresh coconut
2 tsp chop green coriander
1/4 tsp red chilli powder
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp jeera
1/2 tsp mustard seeds
5 nos curry leaves
2 tsp oil for frying
4 tsp oil for masala
Directions
Take a bread slices chop in small cubes.
Take a wok add 2 tsp of oil then add bread pcs frying in slow heat.
Take a wok add oil then oil heat add jeera,mustard and curry leaves then add green chilli and onion saute add all dry masala and tomato puree mix .Then add fried bread pcs mixed and served.
