Ingredients

Leftover bread slices 10 nos
chop onion 2 nos
Tomato puree 1 cups
Chop green chilli 1 nos
Grated fresh coconut 1/2 cups
Chop green coriander 2 tsp
Red chilli powder 1/4 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
Jeera 1 tsp
Mustard seeds 1/2 tsp
Curry leaves 5 nos
Oil for frying 2 tsp
Oil for masala 4 tsp
Directions
Take a bread slices chop in small cubes.
Take a wok add 2 tsp of oil then add bread pcs frying in slow heat.
Take a wok add oil then oil heat add jeera,mustard and curry leaves then add green chilli and onion saute add all dry masala and tomato puree mix .Then add fried bread pcs mixed and served.
Garnish grated coconut and serve.
