1 bowls chane wash & soaked overnight boiled with tea water
1 nos black cardamom
1 piece cinnamon
4 nos cloves
1 nos for masala paste : onion
6-7 nos cloves of garlic
1 piece ginger
2 nos tomatoes
1 pinch salt
1 tbsp degi mirch
1/2 tsp garam masala
1/2 tsp amritsari chole masala
1 tbsp oil

Boil it in the morning
Grind them together
Pan me oil garam karke paste ko bhoon le .degi mirch daale aur thoda sa boil chane ka pani daal kar dobara bhoon le salt daale aur boil chane me masala mix karke chane ko acche se boil kare and garma garam serve kare
