Ingredients
Serves 8
kheel( i have used leftover kheel used on diwali) 250 gms
peanuts 100 gms
Curry leaves 7-10 nos
Salt according to your taste 1 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
dry mango powder 1 tsp
Oil 1 1/2 tsp
Directions
Take a wok add oil
Heat it up and add peanuts in it
Fry the peanuts till they turn crispy
Now add curry leaves
Add salt,dry mango powder,turmeric powder and mix it well.
Now add kheel and mix it too.
Stir it continously from bottom to upwards to avoid it getting burnt.
Switch off the flame and let the mixture cool down
