Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 250 gms cauliflower florets


  • 4-5 tbsp besan


  • 1/2 tsp salt


  • 1/4 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1/2 tbsp ginger, garlic, chilli paste


  • 1/2 cups water ( as you need)


  • 1.5 cups oil for dip frying

Directions

  • Cut and wash the cauliflower florets and keep it aside.
  • Mix all the ingredients except oil.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Did the cauliflower florets in the batter and then dip fry in oil.
  • Serve hot with any ketchup or chutney.
