250 gms cauliflower florets
4-5 tbsp besan
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp turmeric powder
1/2 tbsp ginger, garlic, chilli paste
1/2 cups water ( as you need)
1.5 cups oil for dip frying
Directions
Cut and wash the cauliflower florets and keep it aside.
Mix all the ingredients except oil.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Did the cauliflower florets in the batter and then dip fry in oil.
Serve hot with any ketchup or chutney.
