Ingredients

Serves 2

  • cauliflower florets 250 gms

  • besan 4-5 tbsp

  • salt 1/2 tsp

  • turmeric powder 1/4 tsp

  • ginger, garlic, chilli paste 1/2 tbsp

  • water ( as you need) 1/2 cups

  • oil for dip frying 1.5 cups

Directions

  • 01

    Cut and wash the cauliflower florets and keep it aside.

  • 02

    Mix all the ingredients except oil.

  • 03

    Heat oil in a kadai.

  • 04

    Did the cauliflower florets in the batter and then dip fry in oil.

  • 05

    Serve hot with any ketchup or chutney.
