cauliflower florets 250 gms
besan 4-5 tbsp
salt 1/2 tsp
turmeric powder 1/4 tsp
ginger, garlic, chilli paste 1/2 tbsp
water ( as you need) 1/2 cups
oil for dip frying 1.5 cups
Cut and wash the cauliflower florets and keep it aside.
Mix all the ingredients except oil.
Heat oil in a kadai.
Did the cauliflower florets in the batter and then dip fry in oil.
Serve hot with any ketchup or chutney.
