  • 1 nos chopped tomato


  • 2 nos chopped onion


  • 1 tsp ginger n garlic paste


  • 1 tsp cumin


  • 1 tsp coriander powder


  • 1/2 bowls cabbage cut length wise


  • 1 tsp red chili powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 2 tsp oil/butter


  • 1 tsp sabji masala


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tsp dry fengreek leaves

Directions

  • Chana dal one bowl ko water me saf karke pressure me high flame me1-2 citi aane ke baad Sim anch pe 2mints rakhe fir nikal de dal gotta n paka huya hona chahiye
  • fir kadhi me oil garam kare jeera, 2 - onion cut Kiya hua dale fir ginger half tsp and garlic one tsp paste add kare n saute kare then thin and long type cut Kiya hua cabbage1/2 bowl dale saute kare
  • high flame pe jab cabbage thoda pakjaye tomato sauce,mirch powder, haldi powder & thodi sugar chhidk de n saute kare ab dal ko kadhi me dale
  • thoda pani dale jab ubal aaye usme garam masala dalke gas off kare n handfull mint leaves, garlic ki kali ko two parts me cut karke dale
  • aur onion cut add kare butter n coriander leaves dalke cover karde and roti aur rice ke saath bhi sreve kare 😃
