Ingredients

Serves : 2
  • 1/2 cups oats


  • 1/4 cups gram flour


  • 2 tsp salt


  • 1/2 cups water


  • 1/2 tsp cumin powder


  • 1/2 tsp chilli powder


  • 1/2 tsp turmeric powder


  • 1 nos finely chopped tomato


  • 1 nos finely chopped onion


  • 1/8 cups finely chopped coriander leaves

Directions

  • In a bowl take oats and soak with 1/2 cup of water and leave this for 10 to 15 min.
  • After that add all ingredients and mix well also add 1/8 cup water.
  • Heat a nonstick pan and grease with butter. pour a ladleful of prepared batter and spread gently and cooking on a medium flame.
  • Now flip the chilla and cook both sides pressing gently.
  • Oats chilla is ready to serve with green chutney or ketchup
