Take flour,salt and jeera in a bowl
Add ghee and make dough
Devide dough in two parts
Roll down one part and prick with fork
Cut small rounds for papri with cookie cutter
Grease tray
And bake it for 15 min. At 180 degree
Let them cool
Heat oil in pan
Add garlic paste and boil chana daal
Add Salt,chaat masala and red chilli powder and garam masala
Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix all of them
Take one papri add chana daal upon it
And add green and imli chutney
Top with pomegranate pearls,coriander leaves
Sprinkle sev bhujiya and serve
Can keep prepare papri in jaar abd use when require
