Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups flour


  • 1 tsp salt


  • 1 tbsp ghee


  • 1 tsp jeera


  • 1 cups boiled chana daal


  • 1 tsp garlic paste


  • 1 tsp garam masala


  • 1 tsp red chilli powder


  • 1 tbsp oil


  • 2 tbsp imli chutney


  • 2 tbsp green chutney


  • 2 tbsp sev bhujiya


  • 2 tbsp pomegranate pearls


  • 1 tbsp coriander leaves


  • 1 tbsp lemon juice


  • 1 tsp chaat masala

Directions

  • Take flour,salt and jeera in a bowl
  • Add ghee and make dough
  • Devide dough in two parts
  • Roll down one part and prick with fork
  • Cut small rounds for papri with cookie cutter
  • Grease tray
  • And bake it for 15 min. At 180 degree
  • Let them cool
  • Heat oil in pan
  • Add garlic paste and boil chana daal
  • Add Salt,chaat masala and red chilli powder and garam masala
  • Add 1 tbsp lemon juice and mix all of them
  • Take one papri add chana daal upon it
  • And add green and imli chutney
  • Top with pomegranate pearls,coriander leaves
  • Sprinkle sev bhujiya and serve
  • Can keep prepare papri in jaar abd use when require
