Boil potatoes in stove until edible
On a bowl, add flour, the food coloring, salt, ginger and chilli powder.
Mix them together before adding water to make a smooth paste
Add the boiled potatoes into the paste and cover whole potatoes with the paste.
On a pan, add oil and let it heat
Put in the pasted potatoes in the pan with oil until the paste is firm.
Remove from pan and put in a bowl.
Serve with sauce of option or drink.
