Ingredients

Serves : 4
  • 1 cups matar/peas


  • 2 nos potato (diced)


  • 2 nos chopped onion


  • 1.5 nos chopped tomato


  • 4 nos green chilly


  • 1 piece ginger


  • 7-8 nos garlic clove


  • 2 tsp chopped coriander


  • 1/2 tsp kasoori methi


  • 1 tsp haldi


  • 1 tsp pisa dhaniya


  • 1/2 tsp garam masala


  • 2 tsp oil


  • 1 pinch salt to taste

Directions

  • Heat Oil In A Pressure Cooker Add Onions And Fry Till Light Golden Brown In Between Grind Tomato, Ginger, Garlic And Green Chillies
  • Once Onion Light Golden Brown Add Tomato Mixture Keep Flame Medium
  • Add Chopped Coriander And Whole Masale And Fry Till Oil Remove Add Peas And Potato And Stir
  • Add 1cup Water Cover And Wait Till Whistle And Turn Off Flame Wait For Rest Pressure Release Serve With Roti
