  • Matar/Peas 1cup Potato 2 (diced) Chopped Onion 2 medium Chopped tomato 1.5 Green chilly 4 Ginger 1 piece Garlic 7-8 clove Chopped coriander 2tap Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp Haldi 1tsp Pisa dhaniya 1tsp Garam masala 1/2 tsp Oil 2tsp Salt to taste

    Heat oil in a pressure cooker Add onions and fry till light golden brown In between grind tomato, ginger, garlic and green chillies Once onion light golden brown add tomato mixture keep flame medium Add chopped coriander and whole masale and fry till oil remove Add peas and potato and stir Add 1cup water Cover and wait till whistle and turn off flame Wait for rest pressure  release Serve with roti
