  • Potato (diced) 2 nos

  • chopped onion 2 nos

  • chopped tomato 1.5 nos

  • Green chilly 4 nos

  • ginger 1 piece

  • Garlic clove 7-8 nos

  • Chopped coriander 2 tsp

  • Kasoori methi 1/2 tsp

  • Haldi 1 tsp

  • Pisa dhaniya 1 tsp

  • Garam masala 1/2 tsp

  • Oil 2 tsp

  • Salt to taste 1 pinch

    Heat Oil In A Pressure Cooker Add Onions And Fry Till Light Golden Brown In Between Grind Tomato, Ginger, Garlic And Green Chillies

    Once Onion Light Golden Brown Add Tomato Mixture Keep Flame Medium

    Add Chopped Coriander And Whole Masale And Fry Till Oil Remove Add Peas And Potato And Stir

    Add 1cup Water Cover And Wait Till Whistle And Turn Off Flame Wait For Rest Pressure Release Serve With Roti
