  • Ghiya or Bottle Gourd 500 gms

  • chopped onion 1 nos

  • chopped tomato 1 nos

  • Small Green Chilly 2 nos

  • ginger 1 piece

  • Small Garlic 1 piece

  • Clove 3-4 nos

  • Chopped Coriander 1 tsp

  • Haldi 1/4 tsp

  • Pisa Dhaniya 1/2 tsp

  • Garam Masala 1/4 tsp

  • Salt To Taste 1 pinch

    Peel Ghiya Or Bottle Gourd. Wash It And Now Cut In Pieces Put In Pressure Cooker Add Whole Items And Stir Put On High Flame Wait Till First Whistle Now Keep On Low Flame For 5 Minutes Turn Off Flame. Release Pressure Open Stir And Mix Well
